Aesha Tahir is an exercise physiologist on a mission to help desk bound professionals live a better life by embracing an upright posture. She is a corporate wellness professional and owner of Tone and Strengthen, a virtual fitness solutions company. She started out as a Spinning instructor and took her passion of optimal movement from the spinning stage to a virtual fitness coaching platform for workplaces. Her business growth stems from her passion for living a healthy life. Aesha is a contributing author for many wellness publications. Her book “Unhunched” about discovering wellness through posture is coming out May, 2023.
