A sit down with April Moss, COO | Chief Customer Officer at DigiBuild Software (YC S21): Construction, AI and Founder APRILIS Consulting LLC
Like most, the majority of April's colleagues and friends have spent their careers in one profession or industry. Her career choices have allowed her to be successful in multiple industries with roles and experiences that give her a unique perspective on how to make the leap from corporate America to entrepreneur. Currently, April is the Co-founder of a Y-Combinator backed software company in construction.

- Acosta Sales & Marketing and Crossmark, two of the largest retail brokerage firms in North America
- Construction Specifications Institute, one of the largest construction trade associations
- Multiple direct to consumer companies
- Coldwell Banker Gundaker, one of the largest real-estate brokers
- Aprilis Consulting – her own consulting firm focused on startup companies and their go to market strategies and fundraising, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and supporting women in construction.
April strongly believes it is the individuals’ core values, their internal compass, that underpins any organization’s success. The is most satisfied when she helps people find their strengths and gifts. April loves to help others reach their full potential and then watch as they do the same for others.
